Refund Policy

At Black Cab, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our refund process as simple and transparent as possible.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride time.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride, no refund will be issued.
  • If a ride is cancelled by Black Cab due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
